At the game last night, I looked around and I didn't recognize half the players who were on the field in Sox unis.

And I didn't want to know them, either. This is AWFUL.

I mean, like, it's Sunday. They can't lose again today, can they? Say a prayer for our Sox!!! (And an extra prayer for our relief pitchers.)

This Sox relief corps - brings more upset than relief! If they had a patch or coat of arms to illustrate what they represent it would be of a can of gasoline and a lit match!

Actually, instead of a gasoline can and a match, I'd say the coat of arms would be a guy pulling the pin on a grenade, and throwing said pin instead of the grenade.

The coconut bra on Ozzie's head is too good to be true!

very funny. atmosphere is too loose allowing the stars to fall. bwahh!

sorry, but techically there's no atmosphere in space, surely Captain Hand knows this :)

btw, Congrats to Buehrle!

Currently, Captain Hand isn't in outer space. He's on Planet Nowhere which has enough atmosphere to sustain him and the face-kicking moose.

The seasons over. Enjoy seeing Iguchi, Dye, Buehrle & Crede on the DL while you still can.

AL WILD CARD
Team GB
Tigers -
Mariners 1
Athletics 2
Yankees 5 ½
Twins 5 ½
Blue Jays 6 ½
Orioles 7 ½
Devil Rays 7 ½
White Sox 8

OUCH. 9 games back in the division and 8 back in the wild card. To make matters worse the Scrubbies now have a better record than we do. Not good guys & gals, not good at all.

Anonymous, seems like you've been dwelling (and working) on this for a bit too long. Take a break (and give us one).

Says the guy who's team obviously will win it all this season, provided their ace pitcher doesn't break the nose of their starting catcher.
